Features Trapezoidal Thread Round Nut TR 8 POM
Our TR 8 trapezoidal thread nut is a movement thread and is available in both left and right hand threads. The TR 8x1.5 thread is a single-start thread and is manufactured using a metal-cutting production process. This gives our trapezoidal thread nuts a high dimensional accuracy and a high surface quality. The use of POM material provides the nut with good sliding and wear properties as well as high heat resistance and dimensional stability.

Application Round nut with trapezoidal thread TR 8 POM
The trapezoidal thread nut standardized according to DIN 103 forms a unit with our trapezoidal thread spindles. The combination of nut and spindles results in a drive system for the transmission of large axial forces. In addition, the conversion of rotating movements into linear ones is part of the application range. Due to the matching of nut and spindle, running noise can be minimized. Thus, even the application in noise-sensitive areas is successful.
In addition to POM, we offer our round nuts in brass and PA6-GF30. Flange nuts and square nuts are also elements of our delivery spectrum: flange nuts with trapezoidal thread in POM or brass
