The square nuts with trapezoidal thread TR 12 and SG 12 have a nominal thread size of 12mm. In addition, the square nuts have a whole range of variation options. In addition to right-hand threads, left-hand threads as well as single-start and multiple-start threads are also available:

The thread versions are available as trapezoidal thread according to standard (TR) and as special thread (SG). The threads according to standard are manufactured according to DIN 103 and thus standardized. The special threads are adapted to this standard. The square nuts are manufactured by means of plastic injection molding. This allows the nuts to be accurately dimensioned. In addition, the material POM (PA66 or Delrin) gives the nuts durable and robust properties.
