Properties flange nut with trapezoidal thread SG 25 POM
The flange nuts are special nuts that have a washer on their underside. This washer increases the bearing surface of the nut. This makes it possible to fix the nut even to soft materials made of metal or plastic without damaging them. Our flange nuts are fixed by means of predefined holes. Due to the 6-hole fixation of our SG 25 nuts, the component is secured against slipping. The flange nuts with trapezoidal thread have special threads (SG). These are based on DIN 103 and meet requirements outside the standard. In addition, you can choose between single and multi-start threads with different pitches:
- SG 25x4 (Thread pitch 4mm l single thread - right-hand thread)
- SG 25x7 P3,5 (Thread pitch 7mm P3.5 l double thread - right-hand thread)
- SG25x12 P6 (Thread pitch 12mm P6 l double thread - right-hand thread)
- SG25x100 P4 (Thread pitch 100mm P4 l 25-turn right-hand thread)
- SG 25x9 P3 (thread pitch 9mm P3 l three-start - right-hand thread )
The trapezoidal threaded nuts with flange are made of POM (plastic). This material withstands even robust applications due to its high heat resistance. The flange nuts are manufactured using a metal-cutting production process. Excess material is removed in the form of chips. The nut shines with high dimensional accuracy and a high surface quality.

Application Flange nut with trapezoidal thread SG 25 POM
The flange nut increases its bearing surface by means of a washer. This allows it to be fastened to soft materials made of metal and plastic without leaving any damage or losing its hold after a short time. This is additionally supported by the securing via the fastening holes. These properties are particularly helpful where a secure hold is necessary, such as on adapter plates, indexing bolts or exhaust mounts. In addition, the flange nuts can also be optimally combined with our spindle tubes. The unit offers a smooth-running drive solution for use in even noise-sensitive areas.
In addition to our flange nuts made of POM, our range also includes other variants made of brass. You will also be inspired by other nut variants:
- Round nuts with trapezoidal thread in POM, brass or PA6-GF30
- Square nuts with trapezoidal thread in POM
