Product information "DC-Motor drive 3143"
This powerful DC motor is equipped with a worm gear and a continuous internal hexagon. It was specifically designed for ergonomic applications on tables, but can also be used in many other areas. The included cable with plug and the integrated Hall sensors allow for easy and secure control of the entire system.
Special Features
- Two built-in Hall sensors for detecting speed and direction of rotation
- Continuous internal hexagon in sizes SW6, SW7, and SW9
- Available in "Power Package" and "Speedster" versions
- Depending on the variant: motor cable with plug in lengths of 1.2 m (variants V01 / V02) or 0.1 m (variant V03)
- Good self-locking properties
- Compatible with all Ketterer spindle systems
Technical Notes
- The operating range of the drive (rated torque) was determined assuming a service life of 10,000 double strokes in table applications.
- By using a control system with a short-circuit brake, the holding torque of the drive can be significantly increased.
- In combination with the LogicData control system Compact-3, the control ensures that the speed of the system remains constant across the entire working range.
