• Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France,  Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia,  Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta,  Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA and United Kingdom.

• The shipping costs within Germany and abroad are calculated according to the shipping weight.
  

• We ship orders up to 23kg within Germany using UPS or DHL.
  

• Deliveries over 23kg within Germany will be sent by freight forwarder.

• International deliveries up to 23kg will be shipped by UPS only.

• International deliveries over 23kg are only available on request.

Delivery times

• If no other period is stated in the offer, the goods will be delivered within 1-3 days in Germany, and within 10-15 days for deliveries abroad, after the contract has been concluded (in the case of agreed payment in advance, after the date on which your payment instruction is received).

• Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.

• For collection on site, goods can be collected Mon-Thu between 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
