In addition to the single thread versions, Ketterer Antriebe also offers multi-thread versions for use under high loads: - TR 16x2 (thread pitch 2mm l single thread - left hand thread and right hand thread)- TR 16x4 (thread pitch 4mm l single thread - right-hand thread)- TR 16x8 P4 (thread pitch 8mm P4 l double thread - right hand thread) The listed thread designs are based on DIN 103 and meet its requirements. The spindle nuts are made of brass (CuZn40Al2). CuZn40Al2 is a special brass and is characterized by its very good corrosion resistance. In addition, our machining process gives the nuts further characteristic properties. During the process, excess material is removed in the form of chips. These are available in steel as well as in stainless steel in our store. Due to the optimal matching of both units to each other, a smooth running is generated during the application. In addition to our round nuts in brass, you can choose between further variants in POM and PA6-GF30. In addition, you can choose between nuts with different shapes.

The thread is a movement thread and is available in single-start or multiple-start versions. In addition to the selection of different thread pitches, a choice can be made between right-hand and left-hand threads: - TR 16x2 (thread pitch 2mm l single thread - left hand thread or right hand thread) - TR 16x4 (thread pitch 4mm l single thread - right-hand thread) - TR 16x8 P4 (thread pitch 8mm P4 l double thread - right hand thread) The round nuts with trapezoidal thread (TR) meet the requirements of DIN 103 and are therefore standardized. The present trapezoidal threaded nut is produced by machining from the material POM (plastic). In the process, excess material is removed in the form of chips. This process ensures high accuracy and surface quality. Our round nuts are matched to our range of spindles in terms of their dimensions. In combination, they form a unit for use as a drive solution. These are available as precisely fitting counterparts in steel and stainless steel. The system of spindle and nut forms a unit for the transmission of large axial forces and the conversion of rotary movements into linear movements. By matching our trapezoidal leadscrew nuts to our spindles, running noise can be minimized and smoothness optimized. In addition to the round nuts in POM, our spindle nuts can also be supplied in brass and PA6-GF30. SG 20x10 P2 l right-hand thread l five-start l outer diameter 36mm l length 32mm l POM l based on DIN 380Properties Our trapezoidal leadscrew nuts have a right-hand motion thread. This is multi-start and is suitable for combination with our steel or aluminum spindle tubes. The spindle nut with trapezoidal thread is made of POM (plastic). This gives the round nut good sliding and wear properties. In addition, high heat resistance and dimensional stability can be counted among its properties. With a nominal thread size of 25mm, two different thread designs can be selected:  SG 20x10 P2 (Thread pitch 10mm P2 l five-start - right-hand thread) The trapezoidal threads of the round nuts are listed as special threads (SG). These are based on standard 380 and meet requirements outside the standard. The trapezoidal thread nut made of POM is produced by machining. Excess material is removed mechanically in the form of chips. This unit is used for the transmission of large axial forces and the conversion of rotating movements into linear ones. The system of spindle and nut is self-locking and usually requires no additional locking when at rest. By matching the nuts to the spindles, running noise and smoothness can be optimized.
