Properties trapezoidal threaded nut SG 12 PA6-GF30
Our trapezoidal thread nuts made of polyamide are available in sizes 14 and 12. Both versions have a multi-start special thread. The special thread is a right-handed trapezoidal thread and is based on DIN 103. Our SG 12x30 P6 round nuts are manufactured using a metal-cutting production process. This gives the nut a high dimensional accuracy and surface quality. In addition, the nut is characterized by its material properties. Polyamide (PA6-GF30) is reinforced with 30% glass fiber and is therefore characterized by higher strength, rigidity, creep resistance and dimensional stability.
Application Trapezoidal Thread Nut SG 12 PA6-GF30
The trapezoidal thread nuts made of polyamide can form a drive solution with our trapezoidal thread spindles. The combination of the two units creates a system that is coordinated in itself. Running noise is minimized and smooth running is achieved. The system solution offers the application for the conversion of rotating movements into linear ones even under high axial forces.
