Our trapezoidal threaded nuts in sizes TR 12 and SG 12 are characterized by their wide range of variants. In addition to right-hand and left-hand threads, you can choose between single-start and multi-start as well as thread dimensions according to standard and special threads. Our trapezoidal threads of the spindle nuts according to standard (TR) are certified according to DIN 103 and DIN 308. The special threads from Ketterer Antriebe are based on this standard and meet individual customer requirements:
- TR 12x2 (thread pitch 2mm l single thread - right-hand thread)
- TR 12x3 (thread pitch 3mm l single thread - left-hand thread or right-hand thread)
- TR 12x6 P3 (thread pitch 6mm P3 l double thread - left hand thread or right hand thread)
- SG 12x7 P3,5 (thread pitch 7mm P3,5 l double thread - right hand thread)
- SG 12x9 P3 (thread pitch 9mm P3 l three-start - right-hand thread)
- SG 12x12 P4 (thread pitch 12mm P4 l three-start - right-hand thread)
- SG 12x16 P4 (thread pitch 16mm P4 l four-start - right-hand thread)
The spindle nuts with trapezoidal thread are produced by machining. Within the manufacturing process, excess material is removed in the form of chips. The use of special brass CuZn40Al2 gives the nut the property of high corrosion resistance.

Application
Our variety of round nuts with trapezoidal thread can be combined with our trapezoidal threaded spindles in steel and stainless steel.
