Our round nuts with trapezoidal thread are movement threads with a nominal dimension of the thread of 12mm. This variant is available as left-hand thread as well as right-hand thread. In addition, our range includes nuts according to DIN (TR) as well as nuts with special threads (SG). Our trapezoidal threads TR are standardized according to DIN 103 and 380. Application
The round nut with trapezoidal thread is mainly used in combination with our trapezoidal threaded spindles in steel and stainless steel. By interacting, they form a unit for use as a drive solution. Large axial forces can be transmitted and rotating movements can be converted into linear movements. By matching the nut to the spindles, running noise can be minimized. The resulting smooth running allows the use even in noise-sensitive areas.
Besides round nuts in POM, variants in brass and PA6-GF30 are part of our product range. In addition, flange nuts or square nuts with trapezoidal thread could be an alternative:
