Properties
Our trapezoidal thread nuts with a nominal thread size of 16mm are available with both right-hand and left-hand threads in our range. In addition to the single thread versions, Ketterer Antriebe also offers multi-thread versions for use under high loads:
- TR 16x2 (thread pitch 2mm l single thread - left hand thread and right hand thread)
- TR 16x4 (thread pitch 4mm l single thread - right-hand thread)
- TR 16x8 P4 (thread pitch 8mm P4 l double thread - right hand thread)
The listed thread designs are based on DIN 103 and meet its requirements. The spindle nuts are made of brass (CuZn40Al2). CuZn40Al2 is a special brass and is characterized by its very good corrosion resistance. In addition, our machining process gives the nuts further characteristic properties. During the process, excess material is removed in the form of chips. The process impresses with high dimensional accuracy and a result with high surface quality.

Application
Our round nuts with trapezoidal thread are suitable for use with our trapezoidal thread spindles. These are available in steel as well as in stainless steel in our store. Due to the optimal matching of both units to each other, a smooth running is generated during the application. In addition to our round nuts in brass, you can choose between further variants in POM and PA6-GF30. In addition, you can choose between nuts with different shapes.
