In addition to our range of spindles in steel, our selection in stainless steel rounds off our performance spectrum. Trapezoidal thread spindles TR 16 and SG 16 have a spindle diameter of 16mm. This spindle design is available as a classic trapezoidal thread (TR) and as a special thread (SG):

- TR 16x2 (thread pitch 2mm l single thread - right hand thread).

- SG 16x4 (thread pitch 4mm l single thread - right-hand thread)

Our version with trapezoidal thread meets the requirements of DIN 103. The special threads are adapted to this standard and serve wishes outside the standard. The spindles are available in a length of 1 meter. 

Due to their trapezoidal profile, the threaded spindles are able to transmit large axial forces. This thread profile is created using the rolled manufacturing process. This process gives the trapezoidal threaded spindle an uninterrupted grain and higher strength. In addition, the threaded spindle is characterized by its wear-resistant surface and the resulting long service life. When used with the appropriate trapezoidal lead screw nut, the lead screw forms an optimal drive solution in diverse areas of application.
