Properties
The threaded spindles have a diameter of 24mm and a thread pitch of 5mm. The spindles are single thread and available with a length of 1 meter. The ends are sawn and not deburred. By means of a multi-start right-hand thread, an application under high bearing loads can be made. The trapezoidal threaded spindle is considered a drive solution and is capable of transmitting large axial forces due to its trapezoidal profile. Due to the rolled manufacturing process, the spindle has an uninterrupted grain and thus higher strength. Other mechanical properties include a high surface finish, long service life, backlash-free adjustment and readjustment, and low friction of the trapezoidal lead screws. In combination with the matching trapezoidal leadscrew nut, it forms an optimal drive solution in various application areas.

Application
