Features

Double telescopic lifting unit with bevel gear head for various linear drive solutions. The synchronised telescopic design guarantees double speed. The lifting units are available with either the 3039 or 3045 gear head. Both bevel gearboxes are also available individually in our shop.

  • The lifting units must be protected against the effects of lateral forces by a separate guide system.
  • Spindle type SG20x10P2 RH and SG10x10P2 RH
  • Travel 20/40/80 mm/revolution, synchronised spindle movement
  • Installation dimension E: 485 mm
  • Stroke: 656 mm
  • Required drive torque: 3.5 Nm
  • Attention: Spindle systems with a spindle pitch > 3 mm may no longer be self-locking. Self-locking must be checked in the application.
  • The lifting unit is only tested for pressure.

Application Bevel gearbox with synchronised telescopic spindle

The bevel gearbox with synchronised telescopic spindle is ideal for electric motorised sit/stand workstation applications or wherever stepless linear adjustment with a high speed, maximum stroke and minimum installation dimensions is required. 

3D data (in STEP format) is saved to your computer as a zip file. After unzipping the files, you can open and view the data using an STP viewer (e.g. the free Autodesk Viewer). Please note that you will be taken to an external website. Create a customer account there to download the 3D files.
